No plates, no setup charges, no minimums. Print one piece or two thousand, personalise every single one, and have it in your hands the same week.
A digital press images each sheet directly from the file — either by fusing toner particles with heat, or by jetting ink straight onto the paper. There is no plate to make and no press to wash down between jobs, which is why the first sheet costs the same as the thousandth.
That single fact drives every advantage below. Because there is no tooling to amortise, a run of 50 is perfectly economical, changes cost nothing, and the press can image different content on every sheet without slowing down.

This is the capability that offset cannot touch. We link the press to a spreadsheet or database, and every sheet comes off with different content — names, addresses, unique codes, personalised images, individual QR codes, even different language versions inside the same run.
What we need from you: a clean CSV or Excel file with one row per piece and clearly named column headers, plus the layout showing which field goes where. We handle the merge and send a proof of the first few records before the run.
16pt and 18pt stock, matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch, rounded corners. Pair with JetVarnish 3D for raised spot UV.
Single sheets, half-folds, tri-folds, and Z-folds on text or cover weight, scored before folding so nothing cracks.
Saddle-stitched, perfect-bound, or coil-bound. Short-run books, catalogues, training manuals, and annual reports.
Sheet or roll, matte, gloss, or clear, kiss-cut to any contour. Product labels and packaging seals.
Letterhead, envelopes, notepads, presentation inserts, and NCR carbonless forms in matching sets.
Indoor posters, retail signage, foam board and coroplast mounting, and roll-up banner panels.
Pick digital when:
Pick offset when the quantity is high, you need exact Pantone matching, or you need metallic and fluorescent inks that digital cannot reproduce. Note that our digital sheet (13" × 19") is actually slightly larger than our offset sheet (12" × 18"), so oversized pieces often stay on digital.
Close, but rarely identical. Digital simulates spot colours in CMYK, so a precise Pantone brand colour may shift slightly. If exact matching matters, we will show you a proof first or recommend offset.
Not any more. At 1200 dpi, most people cannot tell the difference on a business card or brochure. Offset still wins on very large solids, specialty inks, and cost at high volume.
We can work with them, but expect reflow and colour shifts. A press-ready PDF with fonts embedded and 0.125" bleed always produces a better, faster result. We can also design the piece for you.
Simple digital jobs submitted print-ready in the morning can often ship the same day. Lamination, folding, or binding add a day. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm before you order.
Yes. There is no minimum on digital. Bear in mind the per-piece price is flat, so 25 and 250 cost nearly the same per card — most people order the larger batch.
Send the file, quantity, and size. We will confirm the price and turnaround, and flag anything in the artwork that needs fixing before it goes on press.
